I hadn't realized before how beautiful Franklin was. It made me go right off and google Bourbon Red turkeys. Interesting that they're a heritage breed. Are you planning to raise chicks (is that what turkey babies are called?)
Franklin has got to be the most handsome turkey I have ever seen. Gorgeous coloring. What does the future hold for him? Silly question, but why was he fluffing up and strutting around? I know little to nothing about turkeys other than they scare me ( and not much does!).
THANK YOU.
ReplyDeleteFINALLY FRANKLIN.
MY ONE AND ONLY TRUE LOVE.
Loved the video.
ReplyDeleteThe birds look happy to be out of the snow, even if it is muddy.
Looks like you have been spoiling them just a bit this weekend. :)

I loved the video and the pictures! The birds sure do like those grapes!
ReplyDeleteThose were fun!
ReplyDeleteFranklin's feathers are so shiney and healthy! All beautiful birds! I wish my lady didn't watch that though...she'd like a couple of turkey pets now!
