Frost Warning Tonight


After all the rain, now a frost warning tonight here in the NW NC Appalachians. Up here, you don't want anything popping up out of a garden until June 1st or chances are it will get a frost bite.

    We had frost here last night - it was all over my car and took a little while to get rid of this morning at 7am.

    I wish Boone weather would make up its mind!

    That photo is absolutely breathtaking... in a sad kind of way. Now, frost on the pumpkin, yes. But on the rose... that seems cruel.

    Sorry to keep repeating myself over and over and over, but dang woman... your pictures move me! Wish I had that gene.

    We are in a frost advisory as well. I haven't planted anything yet - I'm glad I waited.

    Yep, bummer about the frost warning. I hope I remember to bring the ferns in.

    The rose is absolutely gorgeous(!), but I hope you don't have an opportunity to take any more like it in the morning....
