Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
1-1/4 cup sugar
1-1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1-3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1-1/2 tablespoon Marsala
2- 3 ounce packages ladyfingers
piped whipped cream
grated unsweetened chocolate

Joanna brought fresh, raw goats milk from Clara and June, everybody tried it (but Suzanne), and all gave a thumbsup. Claudia regaled us with a Humane Society update. Mahala's radiation treatments are going as well as expected. Kathy and Joanna talked about the Nearing's that lived in Vermont.
