Tulip eluding me.

We had some goats in the truck because we were taking them to the Vet
for vaccinations.  JackBadger is a great livestock-guardian dog but
wish he also had some herding instincts.

Tulip is very tame except when she knows we're
trying to catch her.

Christmas Eve at the Clevenger's

Sandy and I work with Ted. Dan is Ted's brother. Dan and Janet bought five goats from us. We always have lots of fun with this crowd.

Brian is in the military and flew home from Alaska.

GingerBreadGirl died 12/20/2015

GingerBreadGirl passed last night - 12/20/2015.  She had not been in top condition, like the photo below, in quite some time.  I remember when Mike and I drove to Ohio to purchase her, we were reminiscing today.  She lives on at our farm though through her granddaughters who were out of her daughter, Rhubarb - Rhuthie, RhubarbBouquet, and Rhuffles.  Ginger was our oldest doe at 9 1/2 years old.

Sunday afternoon at the barn

I made a good crockpot beef stew today. Would have been great if I'd had a good-quality red wine to add to it.

SilverBelle and BlueBelle are visiting here getting bred by Redwood for Spring babies.  They are BooneDocksWilcox girls who live close by.

looking at the size of the feet of the muscovy ducklings, is how I am guessing the genders
