a September Sunday

My TigerTank, everything I ever wanted in a Nigerian buck - superior bloodlines, red and white, sweet as sugar, beautiful conformation, can't wait to see his babies! Thank you Lisa and Kristen {http://five-pointsfarm.com/Home_99IJ.php }  for allowing TigerTank to come live at BooneDocksWilcox.

Was a beautiful Fall day so went spent time outside. When in though, we were checking to see how we were doing in the NFL office-football pool.

Mike gave the Irish Terriers home haircuts.

Aren't they cute? In a high-pitch voice,
BarbaraJean is pronounced ba-ba-jean.

Rhuthie did not want Chili on the "couch."
Chili got butted off.

Rainy ole Saturday and Mike is working a 12-hour shift.

We have 9 Bourbon Red Turkey's for no other reason than we enjoy seeing 'em around.

Mike Bus, then critters

Mike driving an Appalachian State University Shuttle.

Back at home,

She still not using her right, front leg. I'm sure it will have to be removed. HOWEVER, BarbaraJean is working well as a livestock-guardian dog. For an XL dog, she gets around fairly well.

gathering corn stalks for goats

Holly is due sometime in September. I'm starting to think she may have more than one.

no sign of the feeling coming back in BJ's leg, it just dangles there.

I was thinking about what my favorite meal would be if I didn’t have to consider calories or fat.

filet mignon (pink inside)
mashed potatoes (heavily buttered with salt)
baby sweet peas (heavily buttered with salt)
ice cream sandwich
regular Coke in a waxed cup with crushed ice

Lazy Saturday morning

Merlot showing what a brat he is.

Lazy Saturday morning.

We went to town for bit this morning. Wanted to hurry up and get back home because Appalachian State has a home football game at 6:30PM and the fans start pouring in early. However, while we ran some errands in town, we stopped by Mike's Dad's gravesite. The tombstone hasn't arrived yet. The Wilcoxes have a house at Myrtle Beach and James enjoyed going on family vacations there.

Back at home, took some photo's of the goats.

If, Holly happened to have a daughter, I was thinking of naming the daughter - HollyBerry (sounds like Halle Berry).
