Pottery - "turn over a new leaf daily"
I'm an old 61 yr old,
and I don't know the first thing
about ceramics.
However, I like the phrase
"turn over a new leaf daily."
In June, I started going to a
pottery studio. Most often,
I am there alone but all
the equipment, clays, and glazes
are available. I have a key to let
myself in and I just play.
I've never attempted the
wheel because no one is
there to supervise me,
besides I think I prefer
"hand building."
My most recent pieces are below,
they are still "green";
not yet been fired or glazed.

Writing in mud is
somewhat difficult.
