2 cups of warm
water1 packet of dry yeast
after dissolves
1 t of honey, and mix
wait for bubbles, approx. 10 minutes
2 T oil
1 t salt
2 cups of flour to begin, then add 3 to 5 cups as mixing
I now use my KitchenAid to mix and knead.
Poke with finger, dough needs to spring back.
Spray clean bowl with butter-flavored non-stick spray and spray on top of dough ball, cover with damp towel, let rise for
1 ½ hrs, punch down the dough, and knead some more, let sit for another hour. Brush with butter.
375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
