Pot Stickers

click and watch this video if you're interested
We've never had pot stickers before but wanted to try 'em.
I just used regular cabbage
I cooked the meat (onion and cabbage) in a pan, drained the grease, and then put in the wontons. I didn't do the last step, ate 'em lightly fried.
The crimping of the wontons is the hardest part, I gave Mike that job.
Didn't make the sauce but will next time.
Mike says he can eat his weight in these pot stickers.

I actually have wonton skins in the fridge right now to make pot stickers. I've never made them before. Your garden looks like mine!

So much going on at your place!

I love making things with those wrappers. I'll make spring rolls with just about anything available. Once did it with leftover couscous, chicken and mint leaves.

I asked Mom last night for her German tater salad recipe; I'll probably post it this weekend. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you! :)

Those are some of our favorite snacks! I freeze them then we take them out and pop them in the toaster for a yummy snack! You take some of the best pictures of you critters!

Dear Sweetpea. Thanks! Must try the pot stickers. They look so good! Love your punkin' patch.

Oh, those look good. Never have tried them... Might have to change that. And I envy your punkin patch, I have two very small pumpkin-ettes, that might get to the size of a softball if I am lucky.

I just love those little eggrolls! I always keep a bunch in the freezer stuffed with leftovers. They are great when I am busy running the kids around and don't have time to cook. If you are showing the goats at Knoxville Fair, I told my sister to look you up. We are going to SC Fair, hope to see you there!

Have I told you yet that you have the most beautiful goats? Certainly makes my bunch look...look...hmmm... look 'weathered.' The pot stickers look so delicious and the pumpkins - they are soooooooooooo impressive looking. I'd like to grow them next year - any tips?
