Hey there, I know how you feel, I live in Hendersonville, NC and I grew up in madison county close to hot springs! We got about the same amount of snow you did! And we were stuck for 4 days!!! talk about cabin fever!Where abouts do you live in NC? If you dont want to tell me I understand, but I was just curious. Well God Bless!!

Wow, with all that snow headed your way, you'll be in shape soon! That was a great idea, to show us your walk up the road.

About the positive things meme, I'm not going to stick to 15 things every month. Happy Frog does whatever number happens to fit, which makes more sense to me.

I don't know what's up w/Alix. My guess is life got busy and she didn't need blogging as much. I'm surprised I'm still in the blogging game myself!

How come you guys are getting all the snow, and we're getting squat? We're going to be getting an inch or so, if we're lucky.

Loved your walk.

It sure is pretty out there in the snow, but makes it difficult to get around. Looks like you may be stuck at home for a while.

You might want to get yourself one of those little plastic sleds that have a long string pull. Those are great for pulling groceries and things up a looong driveway. Much easier than carrying! Wishing you well! xxxx oooo

Sure is pretty. But whew! I don't know how you do it. That walk up that steep, snow covered driveway would get old fast. And especially with "no light at the end of the tunnel". Sure would be nice to have at least a few days where everything melts away before more snow comes.

Stay safe and warm,

Always enjoy a look into your world. Great video. What a lot of snow and you say more is coming. I'm so glad that you are safe at home.

I'm so glad you got those spikes - I was holding my breath for fear you'd fall again!

Can't believe it - a year ago we had 2 or 3 bad blizzards, 4-5 feet of snow, but this winter - so far - has been mild with just flurries and a couple of inches. Supposed to be getting more this weekend, but it's mostly patches now.

I think it would be a good idea to get a snow plow on the front of your truck. We haven't had near the snow here in Maine that you guys have had. I have Yak Tracks for my boots. Otherwise I would slip down on the ice. Stay warm and toasty with with new snow coming. Darn, I wish it was here instead. ;)
