That is wonderful. I can only say that I'm glad I'm a rural goat because around here the local village won't allow goats or chickens! Silly people...Here is a village surrounded by lovely countryside and the people there can't even make their own "urban farm".

That is a wonderful video. About a year or so ago Seattle residents won the right to own mini goats in the city.

I cannot watch the video right now. The hubby is studying and testing online. I am sure my blogging antics have slowed him down enough.

But based on the photos, I can hardly wait to watch.

I have a friend who is trying to get the rights as of now to raise animals on her property. One goat. I hope she gets the job done!

Thanks for having this link. I am in the process of reading all her archives and have ordered the book.

Were you at the farmers market last Saturday? I was looking to see if you were there, but didn't see you. I wanted to introduce myself.

Tammy, we do the Sunday Farmers Market at EarthFare 10AM until 1PM or so when we sell out of eggs. Please stop by.

Hi Joanna,
I read Novellas book while on vacation and loved it! I picked it up from our library. It's a great read.
