Tonight, I prepared Minnesota Wild Rice Soup. This is the photo from the book.

Back to your Pea Soup. I had never had it until I was in CA with my CA born hubby & he took me to Andersons, a restaurant famous for its split pea soup. It has a big windmill outside. I was hooked with my first bowl. I also learned that it is not complete without a few dashes of L&P Worchester (?) sauce in it. Yum!
