Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks

I made a Ree Drummonds recipe - Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks.
Was pretty good.

I added sauted mushrooms to mine.  Anytime a recipe calls for half and half, fresh mushrooms are going in the pool.
