burrrr, SkiSugar

http://www.skisugar.com/sugarlive/ click if you want to watch 'em skiing up here today.

I PhotoShopped my pic here of Appalachian State University students boarding the bus.

This morning, behind my house, as I was leaving for work.

Forecast for today-

The mother lode of cold air arrives tonight and Thursday lasting into Friday--this is the coldest air of the season. Snow showers and flurries will redevelop around or just after midnight tonight and last into the afternoon Thursday. "Arctic Tundra" is a fitting description of Friday. Martin Luther King Weekend looks cold with light snow, snow showers, and flurries from late Saturday night through Monday.

Great photos! I love the one behind your house. I still can't believe I live here.

It's about to get REALLY cold! Let us know if you need anything. If you want to come over tomorrow and warm up by our wood burning stove, feel free! We can have hot cocoa and watch a movie even.

Love your photos Joanne :)

We are bracing for the coldest temps of the year so far and all of my critters will be sleeping in the barn for the first time this winter. I can't sleep sound if I know I have critters out in the cold, not even the beef.

Bundle up and stay warm and safe.

Brrrr is right! The kind of cold that burns your lungs when inhaled too deeply. Yikes!

I love the photo of the cows on the hillside, too.
Bundle up and stay warm :)
