Boone Winter by Bob Timberlake

about Bob Timberlake
An arctic front moved through last night. Behind this front, we have bitterly cold temperatures, gusty winds, snow showers and flurries.

Love Bob Timberlake! I lived for several years down the road from his shop. (off 85 in Lexington) There were always busloads of people wanting to see, purchase his paintings, furniture, etc.

brrrrrr. It sure is cold this morning. Bill said the roads were terrible at 7:30.

I have two empty egg cartons and some stale bread for your girls. Maybe when the weather warms up tomorrow ;) we'll head over there after you get off work. Stay warm!!

Beautiful painting! It was 18 this morning and that is in GA! I can't imagine how cold it is other places.

Lovely painting Joanna. I can almost feel the cold...

What am I saying? I DO feel the cold. It was 15 degrees this morning in North Florida, if that is any consolation. I guess that means all the trees that are trying to bud here just got a bit of a surprise.

That Punxsutawney Phil wasn't kidding, six more weeks of winter.

Sheesh.

Absolutely gorgeous! And yes, it was really cold in Atlanta this am - I left home about 10:30 and was so excited to see "snow dots" flying around! Gee, the little things that make me happy. I hope all your critters stay warm, Joanna. My sister (near Asheville) sent some snow pix. Nancy
